History through writing and archaeology
Main Event ERN 2023 -UMU-Workshop-“History through writing and archaeology”
The following workshops will be held during this activity:
- Workshop Hieroglyphic writing.
Visitors will learn to write their name in hieroglyphic language through a few simple examples and through the pseudoalphabet.
- Workshop Cuneiform writing
All interested parties will be taught how to write their name in cuneiform.
- Ancient History through Archaeology
Through the exhibition of excavations carried out by the Center for Near Eastern and Late Antiquity Studies (CEPOAT) and the Research Group on Antiquity and Christianity, visitors will be able to know the research carried out by the area of Ancient History.
- Puzzles of Ancient History
Visitors will have to recompose some monument from decomposed pieces of it.
