Stand of the Regional Atmospheric Modelling Group

The workshops organized are as follows:

• Kahoot on weather and climate change

A Kahoot with questions related to weather and climate change. The winner will receive an award.

• Simulations in Earth Physics

Digital exposure of a series of high-resolution simulations on pollutant emission, arctic ice cover loss, ocean currents, etc.

• Identification of clouds

A board will contain a series of cloud images that the public will have to identify as clusters, cirrus clouds, etc. After the activity, a brief explanation will be given about the different types of clouds and what weather situations they may associate with.

• Cloud in a bottle

An experiment that simulates the formation of a cloud inside a bottle and explains the importance of atmospheric pressure in the formation of cloud cover.
