This workshop will introduce attendees to science through gastronomy. Simple molecular gastronomy techniques, such as spherification or gelification, will be carried out.
By preparing their own dishes, participants will understand the processes involved, i.e. the science behind these techniques. They will be assisted by students on the University of Alicante’s Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
