Attendees are introduced to the research, conservation, maintenance and science dissemination work undertaken at the Torretes Biological Station-UA Botanical Garden.
The activity consists of different workshops:
- Workshop 1. “Growing plants”, by Roberto Poyatos Álvarez (greenhouses).
- Workshop 2. “Eating awareness”, by Segundo Ríos Ruiz (Culinary Herbs Building).
- Workshop 3. “The world of insects”, by Cinta Quirce Vázquez (Mas de Torretes flower reserve).
- Workshop 4. “Extracts and aromas”, by Vanessa Martínez Francés (laboratory).
- Scavenger hunt.
